We had a snow day today. Not the average Pennsylvania snow day. The kind that you REALLy can't go anywhere. It was kind of wonderful..... and I turned it into a SEW day! My kids played with friends and in the snow while I sewed the day away.
Half the battle with sewing is pulling out the machine.....and
FINDing my scissors. My children somehow manage to snipe them all too often:)

My friend Becky let me borrow a couple of her Grandma's vintage patterns.
Convinced my cooking will improve if I can just make this apron.
Not to mention the midi skirt pattern.....right back in style.
As I was busy sewing away Sammy was busy pulling ever toy out he could imagine.
