I was with a good friend yesterday at McDonald's play land with all our kids. We were talking and chatting about just life and I mentioned that I was hosting a lunch for Relief Society the next day and needed to make a cake and get to work. She piped in immediately offerning to help me with the cake. I have had a terrible cold this week, so the timing of her offering was heaven sent. In fact....I am pretty sure I cried with happiness.
Wow.....was it a cake. It tasted equally yummy as it looked. I was so incredibly grateful for this generous gesture from a friend. Friends and people make the world go round....literally!
